Our Why
We believe that when young women have the financial literacy they need, they gain the confidence to take charge of their futures. Financial empowerment isn’t just about money, it’s about freedom, opportunity, and the ability to shape their own lives on their own terms.

Our How
We meet young women where they are, on campuses, in their communities, and online, building a movement of support and education. We ensure they develop the knowledge and skills needed to make informed financial decisions with confidence.

FAQ
What is FuturFund?
FuturFund is a movement helping young women — especially Gen Z students in Canada — build real financial confidence. We make learning about money simple, relatable, and something you do alongside a community, not alone. We’re not here to lecture you. We’re here to help you feel in control of your financial future.
Who is FuturFund for?
We’re built for young women aged roughly 16–25 — high school and post-secondary students who are just getting started with money and investing. If you’ve ever thought “I should know this, but I don’t,” you’re exactly who we’re for. No finance background needed.
Do I need to know anything about money or investing already?
Nope. Zero prior knowledge required. We meet you wherever you are and explain things in plain English — no jargon, no gatekeeping. Not knowing yet is completely normal, and it’s the whole reason we exist!
Is FuturFund free?
Some events may have an associated cost, but our content, community, and resources are free to access.
I’m not a student. Can I still be part of FuturFund?
Absolutely! While our content is designed for young women 16–25, we welcome educators, parents, financial professionals, and community leaders who want to support the mission.
I’m an organization interested in partnering or sponsoring. Who do I contact?
We’d love to hear from you! FuturFund partners with financial institutions, corporations, and organizations that care about gender equity, financial literacy, and social impact. Reach out here to start a conversation.
